I hired Susan Ross to assist me with a fairly large real estate transaction. I wanted to make sure all contracts were reviewed and approved by a licensed attorney, and not just a realtor. Ms. Ross represents our HOA in a medium sized neighborhood in North Fort Worth. The community consists of 75 homes, with another 20 or so lots still awaiting construction. Let me start out by saying that as a fairly new “rent-home” owner who only has 1 house as extra rental income, I am not used to suing people or being sued. But about 1 year ago, my former tenants basically trashed my rental home, and then demanded their deposit back, along with there last months rent and also atorney fees! Their claims were totally bogus, but I didn’t know what to do. In all, they were trying to get about $7000 from me. I knew a friend in the home building business who recommended that I call Susan Ross. Boy am I glad I did! Ms. Ross got involved with the attorney who was threatening me, and within about 3 months, and only 1 court hearing, she got the case thrown out of court! Ms. Ross represents our HOA and does a great job. She’s handled 2 lawsuits facing the HOA, and won them both. Her fees are very fair, as well.
