I hired Susan Ross to assist me with a fairly large real estate transaction. I wanted to make sure all contracts were reviewed and approved by a licensed attorney, and not just a realtor. Mrs. Ross is very knowledgeable in this area of law, and was a professional from start to finish. I would recommend her to anyone in need of assistance with a real estate transaction.

Ms. Ross represents our HOA in a medium sized neighborhood in North Fort Worth. The community consists of 75 homes, with another 20 or so lots still awaiting construction. Let me start out by saying that as a fairly new “rent-home” owner who only has 1 house as extra rental income, I am not used to suing people or being sued. But about 1 year ago, my former tenants basically trashed my rental home, and then demanded their deposit back, along with there last months rent and also atorney fees! Ms. Ross represents our HOA and does a great job. She’s handled 2 lawsuits facing the HOA, and won them both. Her fees are very fair, as well.
